Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all internship enrollments made through our online payment workflow.

2. Cancellation Before Payment

You may exit the checkout process at any time before payment confirmation, with no charge applied.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 48 hours of successful payment, provided internship onboarding access (batch group, credentials, or allocated resources) has not been issued.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

After onboarding access is issued or internship participation has started, the fee is non-refundable as resources and seats are reserved per candidate.

5. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days to the original payment method through Razorpay and banking channels.
