We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT), and debit/credit cards. Online payments are securely handled via Cashfree and Razorpay. For international clients, PayPal or Wise (upon request) can be arranged. Payment terms are typically 50% advance and 50% on delivery unless specified otherwise.
Refunds are only available if the service is not delivered or cancelled before development begins. For partial or completed projects, refunds are not applicable. The timeline depends on the scope. A basic website takes 5–10 days, while a custom CRM or portal may take 2–4 weeks. Once requirements are finalized, we provide a detailed execution schedule. Timely client responses and content delivery ensure faster completion.
Yes! If you request a content management system (CMS) like WordPress or a custom-built admin panel, you'll be able to update content like images, text, and documents. We also offer training and video documentation for managing your own site easily.
